At Odecy, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience across our platform. To ensure transparency, we have outlined the refund policies for courses and store products separately.
Refund Policy for Courses:
Eligibility for Refunds:
5-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Refund requests can be made within 5 days of purchasing a course, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
Technical Issues:
If you encounter technical problems that prevent access to the course content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 days, you are eligible for a refund.
Duplicate Payments:
If a duplicate payment is made for the same course, the extra payment will be fully refunded.
Refund Processing:
For Payments via PayPal:
- Refunds will be issued through a direct transfer to your PayPal account.
- You will be responsible for covering the PayPal transfer fees.
For Payments via PayTabs:
- Refunds will be returned to the same credit/debit card used for the payment.
- You will be responsible for any applicable taxes or fees imposed by the payment processor.
For Payments via Account Recharge:
- Refunds will be issued to your Instapay account or digital wallet (the same one used for the recharge).
- Ensure that your financial details in your Odecy account are up-to-date to avoid any delays in processing the refund.
Non-Refundable Cases:
After the 5-Day Period:
- Refund requests submitted after 5 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible.
Extensive Content Usage:
- If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or if the course has been fully completed.
Personal Reasons:
- Refunds will not be granted for personal reasons unrelated to the quality of the course or access issues.

- Refund requests for store products can be made within 14 days of purchase.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Refunds will be granted if the product is, even the products were online products or physicals product::
1- Defective or non-functional.
2- Not as described or misrepresented.
- Refund requests must include proof of the issue (e.g., photos, videos, or relevant documentation).
Odecy's Decision Authority:
- Odecy reserves the sole right to evaluate and decide on all refund requests for store products. Our decision will be based on the information provided and the circumstances of the case.

Processing Time:
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed based on the payment method used:
1- PayTabs: Within 7-14 business days
2- PayPal: Within 7-10 business days
3- Account Recharge: Immediate credit back to your Instapay or your Wallet.
